An alternative resource for mental health issues.
I believe there’s a spiritual element that’s missing in mainstream treatment for mental health problems because spiritual treatments are difficult to scientifically measure and are based more on experiences rather than quantitative data.
Hey I’m Adam
In my twenties I found meditation and a spiritual connection helped me recover from depression and anxiety, then I went on to work in mental health as a nurse.
No I’m not a self proclaimed expert! It’s only my personal experience and nurse training to my name and would never consider myself an expert in this area.
What motivates me is a wish to have a positive impact on your life. I hope my blog and graphics will benefit you and help you recover if your unwell.
Finally I hope this will be the resource I wish I had when struggled with mental health issues in my twenties.
Right now I only have a blog and Instagram feed that I hope to post too weekly. When I get more time I plan to add more resources to the site!
